Chela's Customer Center
Chela's Customer Center (CCC) provides complete loan servicing in addition to originations, of FFELP and private loans. This new capability supports our mission to be a single source education finance provider for your students. Some of the many advantages these capabilities offer you and your students include:

• Dedicated Customer Service Representatives. We know that technology can't replace individualized attention. That's why we have financially knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives who can help you with your loan origination and servicing questions.

• Combined statements and billing information for multiple loans provided by Chela.

• A single point of contact for customers (borrowers) from their loan application and disbursement throughout the entire repayment process - no third parties, no hassle, and one simple bill for all new federal and private loans.

• Originating and servicing loans internally to ensure a continuity of communications throughout the process. By having origination and servicing in the same location, we are able to know students better and, as a result, meet their individual needs.

• Extended customer center hours and consultative services to students to help them assess their education finance needs.

The end result will be a streamlined loan process and improved service for Chela's growing portfolio of customers.

Entrance and Exit Counseling
Our staff can conduct entrance and exit counseling workshops for your students right on campus. These workshops help students understand the intricacies of borrowing money and strategies for building a sound financial future. Your school may allow students to complete this counseling online or require an in-person meeting.

Financial Aid Materials
Use our informative, student-friendly materials to help your students understand and manage the financial aid process. You'll find everything from the PlanningEdge calendar, a slew of loan calculators, and other resources such as MyChela PowerTools, to complete details on dealing with the FAFSA process.
