ASSIST, Statewide Student Transfer Information for California - http://www.assist.org Offering easy access to a single database, ASSIST (Articulation System Stimulating Inter-institutional Student Transfer) is California's official statewide repository of transfer information. The site provides information about receiving credit at a California public university for courses completed at a California Community College and how those courses can be applied toward your academic goals when you transfer from a California Community College to a CSU or UC campus.

It includes specifics about individual campuses, admissions requirements, financial aid programs and financing options, along with a host of other useful tools.
National Student Loan Data System - http://www.NSLDS.ed.gov The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) is the U.S. Department of Education's central database for student aid. If you have existing federal aid, you can use this site to make inquiries about your Title IV loans and/or Pell grants. The site displays information on loan and/or grant amounts, outstanding balances, loan statuses, and disbursements. It also contains a handy glossary of terms.

Answers for Transfers is a planning guide for prospective Transfer Students from California community colleges, as well as four-year colleges and universities.
AICCU Mentor (Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities) - http://aiccutransfer.dagsoft.com/ AICCUMentor™ also called ISAP offers total access to information and admissions applications for degree-granting independent colleges and universities within California. Their Independent Sector Articulation Project (ISAP) simplifies the process of finding the information you need to transfer from any California community college to any AICCU college. You can generate a degree planner by creating a list of courses you intend to take at your "from" or "to" institution.
