Ways to Apply
Contact your college financial aid office for an application or a loan request form, then:

• Apply Online - Our easy online application walks you through every step!
• Download Application - Get a head start and mail your completed application to Chela
• Apply By Phone - Call 1.877.804.3603 to speak with an Education Finance Specialist. We are available Monday to Friday, 6:00am-7:00pm (PT).

Required Application Info
To complete your application, you'll need:

• Your Social Security Number (SSN)
• Your Driver License/State ID Number and State of Issuance
• Permanent address
• Your Alien Registration Receipt Card (if applicable)
• Names and contact information for at least two references that must have separate U.S. addresses
• FAFSA PIN provided by the Department of Education.
