Although your account information can be accessed by registering at www.nelnet.net, you may not be able to make a payment online until you receive your first Nelnet loan statement. If you would like to make a payment before you receive your first statement please call 1.800.874.3150 Monday through Friday between 5am and 6pm Pacific Time and a Customer Service Professional will be happy to assist you.

Please be advised that as of this date recurring and future dated payments will no longer take effect. If you had recurring or future dated payments set-up please call the number listed above and a Customer Service Professional will help you with your options.
